We will meet at your favorite grocery store and I'll show you how to select the best produce, food staples, and other ingredients to make your own delicious meals. I'll also teach you how to read Nutrition Labels so you actually buy what's best without wasting money. Prerequisite: Initial Nutrition Assessment.
