Service Description

This assessment is for two or more family members. We sit down at your convenience and get a baseline on where you're at and what health changes you want to make. Talking one-on-one is a great way for me to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to move forward to good health. After our 2 hour meeting I'll have all the information needed to give you a plan of attack. Your full commitment is required to become healthier by controlling what you eat and how to stay on track and avoid the pitfalls to reverse your course.
