If you already know your food sensitivities this is for you. Together we'll discuss and plan your upgrade into being a healthy plant based human being. We'll sit down at your convenience and get a baseline on where you're at. Talking one-on-one is a great way for me to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to move forward to good health. You've already made a commitment to eating right, now lets get you healthier by controlling what you eat everyday.
